"Our cabin was perfect. Right on the water. Lots of birds. It was December, and there were still fall colors."

"Stayed at one of the pet friendly cabins. Overall, it was a very good experience. The beds are very firm, so be prepared. Area is beautiful. Some of the trails and part of the disc golf course were unnaccessable due to downed trees from storm damage."

"Loved this place. Nice spacious cabins. We were 2 couples sharing cabin 4. Didn't know what to expect so I brought my own bedding...Definitely not needed. Beds were so nice and clean. Nicely equipped kitchen. Outdoor campfire place and grill. Went up to the General Store for a meal. That was both delicious and fun. If the proprietor has time to talk she is a wealth of fun information of the area. Definitely an A-one vacation stay."

"My family name I spent the weekend in the cabins for a family reunion this weekend and our experience was ok but something needs to be done about the racoon infestation, mosquito infestation and the spiders & spider webs in the cabin windows and doors along with wasp nests everywhere. It would be a good idea to spray the area especially around the cabins and recreational area. It would also be a good idea to add some lighting around both of these areas. Because of the lack of phone service, I don't think I will ever be able to stay there again. You never know when there will be an emergency of some sort especially with all the wildlife around. I hope this was helpful."
