John Wakeman, D.D.S. is a premier dental institution located at 1090 Dolliver Street in Pismo Beach, California. Specializing in preventative and restorative oral health care for the whole family, our dedicated team provides individualized attention to each patient. Using the latest scientific evidence and methods, we aim to save teeth and prevent future cavities.

Our services include preventative and restorative general dentistry, oral cancer screening, implant restorations, cleanings, radiographs, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals, teeth whitening, and treatment of white spot lesions. Both our doctors and employees are fully vaccinated for SARS CoV-2.

Dr. John Wakeman earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from UCLA and has been practicing on the Central Coast since 2005. Dr. Hassler, who graduated from UCSF, joined our team in 2018 and is committed to continuing the conservative and preventative dental philosophy of his predecessor, Dr. Lockwood.

We are open Monday to Wednesday from 8:20am to 5:00pm, and Thursdays from 8:40am to 2:00pm (varies by appointment).
