"Broad Street Smiles is the best dentist practice ever! Dr Fitch has state of the art equipment, years of experience, and a true gift for making the best crowns ever. He is very personable and understanding with regards to a persons choice as to when to get the work done. He and all the staff treat patients like family, with, care, compassion and "get real" discussions regarding treatment. They are professional, honest and caring. They always make me feel well taken care of I highly recommend them!"

"I took advantage of their new patient special which was reasonable. I recently returned to use their services again and felt completely scammed. On the phone, I confirmed that the cleaning would be $137 and specifically asked if I would need to do an x-ray because I did not want to do this or pay extra for this. The receptionist confidently said no I did not need to do this. When I arrived I was told I was required to do an x-ray since it had been over a year since my last visit. Upon check out, my bill suddenly doubled from $137 to $271 (with a $73 x-ray charge and $61 oral evaluation charge). This was extremely dishonest and I feel cheated. I would never have used them at such an inflated price. I am not poor but I don’t like being taken advantage of just because I am wealthy. Ive never paid over $150 for a cleaning (usually less than $100) and they have been places of the same quality or better. They have lost me as a returning patient forever! One star for Audrey, the dental hygienist who is very passionate about her job."

"Staff is great. Always helpful and friendly. I have 4 family members with vastly different dental needs and we've always been taken care of so we'll. My mother is 78 and has had a stroke with limited speech. My nephews had never seen a dentist. They are 18 and 22. Our dental plans are suited to our needs. Dr. Fitch is professional, friendly and very helpful. Can't recommend them more highly."
