"I absolutely love this nail salon! My place to go have pedicure and manicure done. These guys do a wonderful job. I never had to come back for repairs or defects to be corrected. Gel lasts until my next appointment on fingers and toes. I recommend them to everyone. Delux pedicure is awesome. Very friendly and welcoming place."

"I've been going to Morro Nails for years and although the price is right and their work is top-notch, they constantly run behind, regardless if an appointment is made. I hope they consider this feedback because I'm not trying to be mean. I routinely wait MINIMUM 30 minutes to an hour beyond appointment time, and that is not an exaggeration. They ALWAYS ask people who are getting manicures, "do you want a pedicure" regardless of others' appointment times, or how many are waiting. I've seen them take walk-ins ahead of people with appointments. If you tell them you are leaving, they say, "it;s your turn next" so you won't walk out. If the woman near the front desk is doing your nails, she always stops your nails to book appointments or take the money. I could go on. Their system isn't working. Sorry Morro Nails. I can't stand it anymore so won't go back."

"You get what you pay for I suppose. They’re not bad for $50 but they’re not great. First I had to wait about 40 minutes to even get started on my nails despite having an appointment. The whole place felt cold and unwelcoming. While I don’t expect to have a conversation the whole time I get my nails done this was just awkwardly silent. Once she started, she completely ignored my cuticles and didn’t push them back or anything. I wasn’t shown colors until after she had finished shaping my nails. In my opinion they don’t have a very big color selection and I was only able to find one color that I really liked. It was mostly varying shades of red. As for the shape, they are pretty uneven even after I asked her to fix it several times. All that being said my grandma gets her pedicures here and they always look great, so maybe just don’t go to them for acrylics."
