"Unfortunately I woke up quite ill this morning so I called to cancel my appointment. I was told they would charge me $100.00 for a missed appointment. I guess they would prefer that I come in sick, have my temperature taken then send me home. On my first appointment I was treated by a young lady who was not a part of their office staff, but who was interviewing with Dr. Ratchford. In other words I was a test patient. Funny, I didn’t receive a discount for having an unpaid technician! Our family will find another dentist who puts patients before profits."
