"Conscientious staff will greet you and help you on schedule. The staff are knowledgeable and diligent. Very clean facility with comfortable and ample seating. Well ventilated for hot and cold weather. As a clinic, it is as good a health-care provider as I've had in the private sector. In those ways, this clinic is ahead of most VA facilities. As a part of the VA system, it shares systemic problems with immediate availability and with having to refer locals to the larger VA Hospital for services unavailable locally, but those issues cannot be controlled at the clinic-staff level."

"Went to Gallatin TN VA on Steam Plant Road for a covid test and was told (with no explanation of why) we don't do those here you have to go 40 miles one way to Nashville. Everyone on earth tells us to get tested but I get told I'm sorry we don't offer that service. During a pandemic!!! Sleep test I was promised 6 weeks ago never materialized as well WORTHLESS. Never see me there again. JOKE"

"Wonderful helpful doctor's, nurses, and staff. They are caring and respectful in managing my healthcare. Dr. Abbie is an outstanding physician that takes time with me to explain issues related to my specific health issues. She is proactive in ordering age specific test that are common disorders in older patients. Thank you to the staff in our new Gallatin VA Clinic."

"Both the people and the facility are excellent! I had my first appointment here today after transferring from the VA clinic in downtown Nashville and I am very impressed with everything about this clinic. The people were very professional and friendly and the facility is immaculate with the examination rooms even having the sounds of ocean waves playing in the background! Very relaxing. My hope is that they will someday expand the services offered here to include things like cardiology and then perhaps I will not have to travel to Nashville at all! But, in the mean time, I am content coming here for my primary care needs."
