"Ladies in the front seemed lost and didn't provide much information. They didn't have my card when I was told it'd be ready the next day for pick up. I drove over 30 mins just to be told it was mailed out instesd. Information they did not tell me over the phone but they claimed they did. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Maria Evans is very arrogant and sarcastic when it comes to translating she shouldn’t be attending people that need help; she answers the phone in a not so polite way and puts you on hold for a very long time just to set an appointment. She’s definitely not good at her job."

"The office will wait until 10 minutes before your appointment to call and cancel. (So you already have driven most of the way) then they will reschedule to a day where benefits are expired. They will cancel again and then never answer the phone. Some days they have good days, but recently it is horrible."

"This facility needs a lot of work. Some of their staff also needs to be replaced. They are rude, inconsiderate, and slow working. I have been on the phone for the 20 minutes now, on hold. The phone has rang 4 times since I've tried to start this call and every time someone picks up to put me on hold .This is ridiculous. I just need to make an appointment. Plus when you get to the office the lady giving the vouchers is ALWAYS rude and talks to everyone as if they are stupid. Someone get a hold of this."
