"At first, she was great. I have been a patient of hers for six years. I liked her. She was fine; however, now, she has new staff. The receptionist is rude and incompetent. She cannot do her job to save her life. Furthermore, there is virtually NO COMMUNICATION. When I get frustrated because of it, I get looked down upon. It's poor. I can't get in touch with anyone. The biggest thing is: THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION ANYMORE. It's unprofessional and frustrating. Sharon, though a great psychiatrist, needs to communicate better. I love her to pieces; she has done so much but there has to be a better communication."
