"If I could rate 0 stars I definitely would. I have been contacting this office multiple (MULTIPLE TIMES) since my grandfather was released from the hospital with Kidney Failure the end of September 2020. I started calling and leaving voicemails since 09/28/2020. I have left MULTIPLE Voice mails for someone named Rachael whom I am assuming is supposed to handle scheduling and referrals. No body has returned my calls or can explain why we haven't heard back from anyone. I spoke with Denise at the front desk who says I need to speak with Rachael about scheduling and that they never received our referral. So i reached out to our PCP to send the proper referral thinking great now we will be seen. NOPE! PCP sent referral on 10/16/2020. Still never heard anything. Called again today 10/26/2020 and was told the same thing! Speak with Rachael! I have left another voicemail today but now have spoke with our insurance company and now have to find another Kidney Specialist to take care of my grandfather. This has left a sour taste in my mouth and I would never imagine I would have to advocate this hard for my ill grandfather. I don't believe this office has the patients best interest in mind and I hope someone sees this and has a meeting with their front office staff. I pray their current patients are actually cared for because if you are a new patient odds are you will be ignored and never acknowledged."
