"Started seeing Dr Mullins and at first didn’t have the many issues. He changed out one of my meds and then when it ran out he wouldn’t refill it… he is the one that gave it to me?? So I called and called and finally went by and talked to them because no one would ever call me back and they said that it was my responsibility to take care of making sure I had the meds taken care of…. Which made no since because that’s what I was trying to do. They filled it then and went on until it ran out again and they didn’t fill it AGAIN!! So now I ran out of another medicine, a different med, one I’ve been on forever. Nothing crazy… and they aren’t refilling it either. I’m not sure if it’s TriStar or what but I know it’s gone down hill big time!!!!"

"I have to say my experience with this office and the staff has been nothing but excellent from start to finish. The receptionist answered the phone promptly and was very helpful on the phone which sometimes you don’t experience. The nurse Jessica S really made my son feel very comfortable being there. She is Very kind and really seem to care. Dr Charles Mullins was a very good listener which you don’t always see from doctors. He spent the necessary time to understand our concerns. He took our concerns very seriously and even did bloodwork to help assess the situation. We came back a second day to do the blood work and I wish I knew the woman’s name she was so kind to my son and immediately knew that this was probably one of his first times doing bloodwork so she took extra precautions by having him lay down in a separate room and nurse Jessica talked to him as did the woman taking his blood work to make him feel at ease. After taking his blood they gave him some time and gave him a Sprite to help so he wouldn’t pass out. Don’t let the outside of this place deceive you this is no ordinary office you have some fine caliber people working here. Thank you for one of my best experiences with a doctors office!!"
