"Had an appointment in Sept. to do an annual check-up. Reception and nurse made a huge deal about being seen by the doctor for an issue that came up over the past year saying I’d need to comeback and make a second appt. Absurd. Hi I’m your dr and probably know that answer to your concern but I won’t answer it unless you comeback another day and make a second appt bc this is an annual exam… like get real. I do my labs. Cholesterol a bit high, instead of defaulting to medication I asked if diet changes would help and then a retest. Nurse on the line said it could help and scheduled the appt. Arrive at the appointment 90+ days later (which I was told was so insurance would cover labs) and now the issue is you can’t just retest labs you have to see the provider too so it’s got to be an appointment with the dr and labs. Sure seems to me like they’re more worried about checking all the insurance boxes to maximize their visit/pay than they are patient care. I’d run. Find an office that cares more about patient care vs just names on a quick books paying the bills."

"Absolutely unprofessional. I was told I would be called with my lab results never got a call and they're lying that they contacted me and my mother. Phone numbers are correct in my chart so they have absolutely ZERO excuses as to why they're lying about calling a patient. I will never be back to the Hilldale location nor will I refer anyone to go there."

"My previous doctor's office closed (The People's Clinic) and I needed to get an immediate refill on my medication. I saw a newer PA at this clinic, pretty much to avoid the 2 month wait of being a new patient. She kept saying she needed to ask her supervisor the questions I was asking her which I have never heard any kind of medical professional say before), and she refused to refill my meds or give me a gap refill. I have never been without these meds since I was diagnosed 4 years ago. I had documentation as well. She told me to "hold on for a week" when I only had 2 pills left. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how her and her nurse treated me. It was totally unprofessional and probably the worst doctor's appointment I have ever had, and I have had some doozies before. It is unfortunate, but I would highly not recommend going there if you want to be treated respectfully where your health condition matters."

"I would love to know what the point is to schedule an appointment if you still won't be seen. I was scheduled at 2:25 pm it is currently 3:07 and I'm still waiting to see this doctor. I just read a review where they denied someone their appointment for being 10 mins late. So clearly your time is more important than our time. I will never schedule an appointment at this location again. Definitely the Sango location will be my only go to. This is unacceptable!!"
