"*UPDATE: After I posted the review, someone reached out for me to contact them directly in regard to the shot records and I did so. That was over 2 weeks ago. I still do not have what I need. This is very frustrating. I'm back to determining how to report to the regualatory authorities. I was able to have a prescription mailed in early May as they were "booked." Now, all three (3) numbers are out of service. I need my grandson's medical/shot records. Not sure of how to proceed. Think I'm calling the medical licensing board today."

"My daughter has been going here since she was 2 weeks old. The day after her 4 month appointment this place shut down completely and gave us no contact. I have found numbers online to contact the authorized official of care nation and told that I was going to get her records sent, yet recieved NOTHING! Emailed three times recieved, NOTHING! Calling the BBB, Board of Health, and getting a lawyer! My daughter is unable to be seen by a pediatrician due to carenation withholding records!"

"Called several times last week to try to get my daughter in for her annual check up, just got the automated answering service and the voicemail was full. Tried the request appointment feature on the website which seemed to work-at least I got an automatic confirmation email. Called today to make sure it really went through, both numbers I have for this practice are now disconnected."

"While I adore the staff here, they’re either extremely understaffed or just horrible at time management. This is our second appointment here (urgent care is usually faster so I go there typically when the kids get sick), first was a well child check up for my just turned 5&3 year olds. Schedule their appointments together to avoid two trips here. Waited an hour in the waiting room after their appointment time to be called back. Finally got in a room-waited an hour in the room to even see the doctor. Then waited 45 minutes for them to come back with my sons vaccinations. All in all, 3 hours for two well-child checkups and kindergarten vaccines. This time? My appointment was at 3. Didn’t get called back to a room until 3:50. It’s currently 4:36 and I’ve still not seen a doctor. Moral of the story-great care, but, don’t come here if you are hoping for quick service. 4:48-finally had a doctor come in. Not the doctor I had requested an appointment with, which, her name appears to not be on the sign, yet, is on the online appointment list. Now waiting again for tests. Lord have mercy."
