"I've never received anything but kind treatment from the Onsite staff, and I've been plenty of times. I think there are a number of unfair criticisms being leveled toward the clinic, particularly pertaining to the grace period for showing up late or for having unfair expectations of the services provided. Every NP and PA I've ever seen has been thorough and kind. The staff is usually warm and receptive, too. I actually had a kind young woman who drew my blood walk me all the way out to my truck one time and literally help me into it just because I had a history of not doing too well with having my blood drawn. People tend to be short sighted about what medical personnel have been through over the past few years and how incredibly underappreciated they are. Thank your caregivers. A lot of us wouldn't be here without them."

"Big disappointment, lady at front desk told me my appointment was at 7:40 and I arrived 7:46 and she had to ask doctors do they can to see me and their answer was negative , because of the clinic policy of just 5 minutes late and I was late 6 minutes !!! And that was my fourth appointment in a row there, and I try to explain everything on the front desk but it wasn't worth it. They don’t need people at the front desk they can have machines, screens…I can’t understand this they care only about 5minutes policy"

"Disappointing. Just waited 5 days for a telehealth appt to get get a prescription refilled. They didn't even ask a single medical question. Just what pharmacy. If it was that easy, why couldn't it be filled 5 days ago? I once had a provider tell me my tonsils looked terrible. I told them I hadn't had tonsils in 15 years. For the record they did not grow back."
