"Worst Care Clinic. I have been a loyal patient for years. I’ve always paid my copays up front. About 7 months ago in June, I took my son in to see Dr Tittle. I received a bill for $55 and knowing I paid my copay and knew I didn’t owe anything, I called the office. I was told she didn’t see a balance due for my son and to disregard that bill. I know Dr Tittle does her own billings but I trusted the receptionist. I received another bill a few months later and I called back. I was then informed my insurance didn’t pay it. I called my insurance and they just needed me to fill an accident report. I did and it was accepted. And just for the record, if I had known about this accident report the first time I called, this would’ve been taken care of months ago. I then called to make an appointment in November because I was running out of my thyroid medication. I was told because my insurance hadn’t paid the $40.71 bill, that she will not see me until that was paid. She gave me a 2 week supply but that was it. My insurance called and spoke to Dr Tittle to explain that the claim was approved but the payment just hasn’t been released yet due to it being late in the year. My insurance called Dr Tittle and asked her on my behalf if she would let me make an appointment knowing that the claim was approved and Dr Tittle told her no and not until she received her $40. I just called last week, Jan 18th, because I’m trying to switch providers and I was checking the status on when they will fax over my medical records. My new doctors office requested them on Jan 12th. The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude and accused me of yelling at her. I did not. I was simply trying to explain the urgency because I need to get to the doctor asap to get my blood levels checked and my medication that I’ve been out of because Dr Tittle refused to see me over something that was out of my control, but the receptionist kept cutting me off while yelling at me through the phone. She then told me she seen my records on Dr Tittles desk and said it should be faxed that day. Well now it’s Jan 24. I get a call from the new doctors office saying she had just gotten off the phone with Dr Tittles office and the receptionist told her that only Dr Tittle takes care of faxing of medical records and that she’s only there on Tuesdays. My new doctors office explained that there was a stat on the order but she was finally able to get them to fax it over today. So according to my calculation, this place was being vindictive and was withholding my records as long as they possibly could. I’m pretty sure they went beyond the allotted time allowed. This place used to be decent but something has changed. They used to have the sweetest receptionist there. Their professionalism has gone out the door. I can’t believe the lack of patient care she has over $40. $40 that I don’t even owe. She’s punishing me and putting my health at risk for something I don’t owe. I paid what I owed at the time of the visit. I can’t stress that enough. But don’t get me wrong. She needs to get paid what she’s owed but the insurance is paying her and that should be between her and the insurance. My insurance even told me she couldn’t believe a doctor would have such disregard over a patience health for something the patient had no control over. I’m sure Dr Tittle will come on here to defend her and her office as she is so quick to do at all the other honest, bad reviews but my statement is 100% honest. I’m actually sad to see the way this has played out as I thought I actually had a good doctor that cared for her patients. And before she comes on this review and starts blaming the weather for not faxing my records, I understand that weather can be a hold up. That’s not where my issue lies with them. (However, the weather had been cleared for several days now) I wish Dr Tittle the best and I would love to see the level of care, compassion, and respect go back to where it should be as a healthcare provider."
"Worst customer service ever. My wife has been trying to get her records released and they refuse to release them when she called they were extremely rude and yelled at her. My wife has contacted our insurance company and the representative from insurance called them and stated that they have never dealt with a doctors office that was so rude and mean."
"Really happy with my care here. Never wait, am seen promptly. Staff courteous. Questions always answered and so I can understand it. In fact, after I talked to the np about my migraine issue, he suggested a supplement and it worked! My quality of life has vastly improved from this and no Doc before had ever mentioned this, no even the neurologist. So yes. I recommend them."
"I never had a Dr's office that refused to see me when I was so incredibly sick.I was told 3 times not to come back until I am well. What kind of medical care is that? Idesk told me to go to the ER or a walk i clinic. That is not except able. or a walk in clinic."
"I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Tittle and all of her staff. Taylor at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful. Dr. Tittle is caring and concerned about giving each patient the best possible outcome. Robin, the P.A. is nothing short of fantastic! I continue to be a patient here because they actually listen. They don't skim your chart, they actually read it and spend the time to address every concern you have. This office is the ONLY Dr.'s office in Clarksville that takes that approach with patients and trust me i have been to see many other drs locally in the past 18 years. For 10 years i suffered with a medley of symptoms that other offices gave me the run around on, getting in visit after visit with no answers and no further help towards a diagnosis. Dr. Tittle's office figured out I had an autoimmune disorder and had me referred to the correct specialist in 2 visits. That was life changing for me! As someone with a rather complicated medical history, I appreciate the time they invest in me as a patient. If you want quality, comprehensive care, look no further."
