"Typically a rating or review would be based on experience from being seen. However, since it’s been 5 months and I still haven’t been seen FOR MY INITIAL VA APPOINTMENT, I feel like I can preemptively give this a one star. Lower if I could. Patient advocate Andy Richart doesn’t respond to voicemails, or even follows up like he said he would. Sent a letter to congressman Green about the situation. I’m now considering moving (AGAIN) to a place where I might get seen. Dealing with this place makes further understand why veteran suicide rates are so high. Sad."

"Showed up for scheduled labs, just for the clinic to be completely closed down with no one in there and I did not receive any calls or email notifying that they would be closed. Horrible VA Clinic would not recommend."

"I’m a retired Navy Vet. I went in to order my eye glasses. I was asked twice if I was a veteran, apparently because I’m a woman. Once by a hyper over eager “greater?” And again by a gruff woman in optometry. Asking a women who tries to use VA facilities if they’re veterans is disrespectful. A better approach is to ask to see an ID, or just treat them the same as a man who comes in for services."

"I wish I could say something positive about this site but I can’t. Waited way to long for an id card for really just taking a picture. Then trying to enroll in their health was a nightmare. Seems this clinic is not ran very well. Last thing when I was there playing on the phone I came across a VA employees profile on my for you page and they make some interesting comments to make me not want to be there anymore. I don’t feel safe going to this clinic as it is a good ole boy system with the staff. The patient advocate is a joke and you can tell he sides with certain doctors when talking with him."

"I generally go here for an annual to stay in the system and for glasses. The doctors have been good, my problems are the lack of consistency, since 2016 as my primary care I have seen at least 4 or 5 different doctors during this time. My June appointment last year was canceled because the Dr changed to more Telehealth appointments. The only reason I found this out was because I went to a May Nashville Va appointment only to be told it had been canceled. The printout showed both appointments were canceled in December the year before, no heads up so I could reschedule for about the same time. This year my July Clarksville appointment was canceled 3 weeks before because my provider moved on, and in true form my Nashville Va appointment for Monday was cancelled on Saturday and will now be in October. At least this time I received calls to let me know."
