"If I could give them no stars I would. Talking on the phone with a someone who just didn’t care about any hardship the booker is having, and they are unwilling to help or budge at all. They don’t care about Vets. They just want the money. $3500 vacation nobody will be able to go on. Just tragic and disgusting. I will be putting in a BBB complaint and reaching out to which ever military vendor allowed this business to be involved with vets. Just disgusting."

"I really though that we were gonna have a great experience when we purchased our vacation through them. Turned out to be mostly frustrating. We will be looking for a different travel agency in the future to book an all inclusive resort because we had issues at every turn. Praying that the resort itself will be well worth all the drama we've dealt with just to celebrate 25yrs together. I never write reveiws, however i figured i should share my experience. My husband and i travel a lot and have never been bombarded with so many issues that could have been avoided through proper communication with the resort and the customer."

"Felt like I was pushed to sign paper work I was sitting there talking to this young man and I told him I would like to think about this before I sign anything a older woman who said she was the mother of the young man said let me talk to him ask me a few questions and just pulled paper work out and asked me for my ID and started writing my information down which I told her I didn’t want to sign the paper and I left and I can to check the reviews on google and everything I felt and experienced is what most other people said. You might have a letter of a general thanking your company but you need to work on your people talking skills. You come off rude and like scammers."

"My husband and I were stopped in the mall and asked if we would like to watch their presentation to see what they have to offer. We politely said yes and watched the presentation. When we decided that it was not for us, we were harassed and questioned. The older gentleman told me that I should be proud of my husband and more appreciative. He then told us that if we could not afford the vacation that we HAD to take a personal finance class that he would set up for us. I told him we were not doing that because we simply did not want to take a vacation. He made my husband and I talk to the president of the company to explain ourselves. As we were leaving, the older gentleman followed us out of their office saying he was going to call my husbands first sergeant so that he/she could explain to me how important service members are. I feel as if they were trying to take advantage and scare us since we were young. Everyone in this company is very unprofessional and rude. I was very angry and upset when we left because of how rude they were. They are only nice when you give them the response they want. I have read through their reviews and talked to other people who have had the same experience with this business and the issues are obviously not being handled."
