"Bad business practices! I would never recommend this office! My wife went to Dr. Miller for a cleanning. She did not have a local dentist and Dr. Miller accepted our insurance so we thought we would gtive him a try. Six months after the cleaning we recevied a $50 bill in the mail saying that my wife missed an appointment! As she had not scheduled a follow up appointment, I called to clear up the error and no one aswered. I left 3 voice messages over a month and no call back. I finally got a hold of Bob the office manager and he said he did not call me back as there was nothing he could do about a missed appointment! I told him we never made an appointment. This went no where! I paid $50 to collectoins so my credit would not be hit! I hope this review will help you when you choice your dentist!"
