"First time there for a haircut which included washing and drying. Stevie cut my hair and did a great job, I love my hair refresh! We cut about a foot off of my already long hair and it looks and feels good. The place itself had a nice decor and looked very clean. Most hair places have fragrant smells to them which sometimes bother me but Legends was more subtle and not overpowering."

The interior is clean with wonderful products on display, the staff is incredibly friendly, and booking your appointment is SUPER easy. You even get reminders sent to your phone!
