"I was referred to Dr. Harrignton for braces and was his client for 4 years. I would urge people to avoid this place by any means. The Doctor himself is alright but some of his employees were horrible. I had to beg a dental assistant to stop and get me a new assistant because she was hurting me and she was beyond unprofessional and yelled at me (I was 16) I have never felt so vulnerable and helpless. I left that appointment in tears, no person should pay thousands of $ for a service and get treated without humility which has definitely given me dental anxiety. I also would constantly hear the staff gossiping and using profane language when being helped in the room closest to staff area (come on you guys are a pedeatric office). After four years of braces I did not feel I was progressing and went to a new orthodontist which was the best decision I could have made. I have a missing tooth right next to my 2 front teeth, because of that after my braces Dr. Harrington gave me a retainer with a fake tooth on it. And it was so horrible I have small teeth and he made the small tooth the same size and my 2 front teeth. Which my new dentist was able to fix. Please avoid this place."

"I’ve gone to Dr. Harrington for my entire childhood and wish I could continue under his care. His diligence is clear in the way he takes his time and ensures the whole process is comfortable for his patients. Dental assistants are knowledgeable and the front desk staff are more than kind and helpful. Highly recommend."

"My issue, was solely with Harrington’s bedside Manner. My son who is 7, would be getting his first cavity filled and was nervous. Upon Harrington entering the room he asked my son “why he was so nervous” Followed by “that is why I chose to work with children not adults, adults are the difficult ones.” I found this to be an unusual thing to say to a Child. My son grew more uncomfortable as Harrington spoke. I then told Harrington “I’m sure it is not uncommon in the Denistry practice for children to be nervous.” He assured me it was “unusual.” The irony is, we heard a child from a neighboring room yell 3 times before Harrington ever entered our room. I’m not truly sure what Harrington’s mindset was on placing such weight on children being nervous, it seems pretty standard in my opinion. I did have questions regarding my sons care plan and found Harrington’s tone rather condescending. It was disheartening to say the least. Harrington then proceeded to say “my son would be too hard to work on like this” referring to him being so nervous. Upon which, we decided to leave. I will say the gal on the phone was sweet and flexible, my issue was solely with Harrington. I see a high rating for Harrington but that was not my sons nor my experience. As we walked out of the facility, my son looked up at me and said “Mom, that Dentist didn’t like me very much.” I would say that’s an honest assessment and review from a wonderful young Man. My son will forever remember that experience."

"Everything is always excellent at Dr. Harrington's office; appointments scheduled properly with no wait time, office staff is excellent at billing (even with an insurance change), painless visits using the latest high technology dental and orthodontic equipment. This visit two kids with ZERO cavities, older kid has two months left with braces and they will be taken off - on schedule! The next kid ready to start, with braces this year! Orthodontic care could not be better anywhere else!"

"Dr. Harrington really knows how to explain dentistry to kids. He uses language suitable for children and makes learning fun. The hygienists in the office are kind and patient. Thank you to the staff and to Dr Harrington for helping my 8 year old and my 12 year old daughters enjoy their visit to the dentist."
