"Complete embarrassment of a medical facility! Takes 3 hours to get lab work done and several times to get it right.Billed several times for same (first) visit when they said it was their mistake and wouldnt be.Tried to use this place again and backfired as well. Had to reschedule my appointment for 2 weeks out and wouldn't even call in a prescription for me to get me by. The doctor himself is okay but the rest of the staff is absolutely horrible! Your health is important to you but not them! And an update after my initial review regarding this issue, after reaching back out to me, absolutely nothing was resolved. Basically told me it is what it is. Have to wait, not even a prescription called in to help get through or anything. Just wait it out!"

"I had to wait over 45 minutes to get in the room, I still didn’t see a physician .I did not said or disagree with the medication. I told them I take 4 a day and I did tell them what I took. While I was waiting on the doctor I had an emergency call come in from my daughter and left,. I tried to call and explain to the nurse , I was told they would give the message and have her to call in schedule an appointment. I never heard back from her. I have more to say , but too long to text."

"I had my first appointment on Thursday September 7, 2023 with Dr. Alma Tamula. I was a little nervous I’m not a fan of seeing new doctors but she could not have been any better. I absolutely adore her. She listens and tries to get the best options for your better health. She is a wonderful doctor and I’m so glad I found her. Plus her nurse Sam is so sweet and very thorough. I’m looking forward to my next appointment."

"First time for an appointment with Hannah Kelly. She was easy to talk to and very detailed in explaining what might be going on with my chronic cough. Ordered tests and called with the results in 2 days. Gave Rx that is helping tremendously. I will ask to see her again the future."
