"i’m not one to leave reviews but this is the most unprofessional clinic i have ever dealt with. calling the office just gets you to a random call center. i scheduled on the app and then they called telling me that the doctor i had scheduled with would not be in on that day???? and then they rescheduled me with another doctor but then i got another call informing me that THAT doctor was also going to be out. they then called me back to try to get me to go in at a different time but didn’t tell me the doctor so i called back to verify the information ONLY to find out that “whoever scheduled your appointment scheduled it wrong” and so i really had no appointment and i would’ve shown up for no reason."

"THE WORST “URGENT CARE” ever. Over 50 minutes just to have a TB a test read. Where someone literally looks at your arm. And yes I was the ONLY other patient in the building. They tried to inject me a total of 3x instead of just looking at my arm. Extremely disorganized. Lost my paper work. I’ve been here a total of 4x in the past 2 weeks, for TB testing and every visit was extremely disappointing. I will not be returning here. Disappointed is an understatement for this establishment. I would like to be contacted by management to discuss further."

"I was introduced to Sanitas Medical Center by my insurance provider doing preventive checks. Once I walked into the building I immediately loved the whole vibe of the establishment, from the front desk, to the people in the waiting area. It was such an excellent experience I made an appointment for the next day. My doctor, Melinda Rosner was very thorough she listened to me and made me a wish list, by the time the appointment was over she had sent in several referrals and they all called with in 24 to 36 hrs, Ms. Ramona Gee has been God sent she has linked me to several resources which has made my transition easier. When they say "One Stop" you can believe it. I do believe I have found my new medical family."
