"Update- Had my first visit I saw Brooks Mabry and he was awesome. He was very kind, very patient, offered me different options for migraine medication. He was great and so was his nurse she was super down-to-earth and nice. Getting checked in was also pretty easy so updating my review and really glad to have had a positive experience, I just hope they fix the communication issues for future patients. Original: I was so excited for this to open especially since I was in need of finding a new primary care physician. Let me tell you they are so rude, the soonest appointment the receptionist told me they could make for me was NEXT YEAR and then went silent it wasn't until i asked her "so you're not taking new patients?" that she told me she could schedule an appointment with a NP sooner, why you wouldn't tell someone that when you tell them they have to wait a year to see a doctor is beyond me. They have no call back or cancellation list which is kind of crazy since people cancel appointments all the time. It feels to me like they are trying to avoid servicing as many patients as they possibly can, I literally get better service going to the little clinic."

"Not happy with the difficulty of reaching Dr Razzaq's nurse. I've called for a script for Hydroxychloroquine per Dr Razzaq if I decided to take it. The receptionist took the message and said his nurse would call back. No call and it's ridiculously difficult to get someone to answer their phones."
