"I've already left a review for the Tennessee Healthcare System but I feel the mental health services at this facility need a special call out. If you need anything mental health related from this VA make sure that you show up in person, because they will not help you if you call. I've spoken to three or four doctors, including the one that is in charge of referrals. every single one of them has told me that they will look into the issues I'm having and give me a call back, it has been months and I have heard nothing. If you have any mental health issues please please do not call these people they will not help you. The only thing I have become certain of over the past year and a half trying to deal with Tennessee Healthcare and Murfreesboro is that there is a reason people say that the VA does not want to help you. I've been told multiple times that they don't do good with helping people on the phone and they expect you to come to the hospital if you want help. For somebody with out reliable transportation or a job that's an impossibility, and to me is akin to saying that I will not get help and they are unwilling to do anything about it."

"The travel pay department is very disrespectful. I called twice and both time the Pricilla hung up on me without letting me finish. Like if you don’t like working for veterans then quit your job!"

"Incompetent doctors, always assume you're lying if you can walk into the VA and always try to evaluate your entire health based off if you can take your shoes off and put them back on. Would avoid at all cost"
