"Haven't gotten my nails done in years and decided to book an appointment here. They got me in quickly which was nice, but the nails were not good quality... I wanted long coffin white nails with the letter D on my ring finger, i even have an inspiration picture that i showed them. I'm not confrontational but I can't believe I tipped, let alone paid and said I liked them when they came out so badly.. the nails are lumpy, not smooth at all and the letter D came out horribly. I just wanted to leave at this point because it was embarrassing and there was an uncomfortable atmosphere. I don't think I'll be back unfortunately because now I've got to go get them removed somewhere else and redone... not happy at all. I should have just had them removed then and there"

"Came in to ask about the prices they had, they didn’t greet at all and the employees gave me dirty looks. I wasn’t dressed up that day, the attendant looked at me up and down and responded rudely. But when a woman, that was dressed up nicely, came in, the attendant greeted her WAY better than me. The way they responded was rude and unkind, which made me angry, very disrespectful."

"I went to Nancy Nails to get a pedicure around 5:00 pm and they told me to go back later on because they had 5 people waiting. I went back at 6:15 pm and they told me they were closed, which contradicts the sign that says they close at 7:00 pm. That's okay though, they're quality of work and customer service isn't up to par. I'll take my business elsewhere."
