"Great place for aerials. Especially the flying Trapeze! The staff were so helpful & friendly especially Hong & Truc. I'm looking forward to returning next time I visit Nashville again."
"Visiting the area and wanted to do something unique. I booked a private session and paid one price for up to 6 people for one hour. There were 4 adults in our party of varying ages, weight, and fitness levels. We first warmed up and were then taught several moves on the silk scarves. There were only two scarves so we had to take turns. It was a great experience, but there were some things that one should consider before booking. This is more of a serious event as opposed to something “whimsical.” Our party likes to joke around a lot and there just wasn’t room for that here. Additionally, if you’re self conscious everyone is standing and watching you when it’s your turn. If someone can’t perform one of the tasks, it slows the group down, and they may be inclined to just give up. Additionally, it is more of an individual event, but we cheered each other on or made fun of each other when the opportunity presented itself. Two things I really liked was we were able to take pictures and videos and classes are very reasonably priced. Two things we didn’t like were that we felt rushed and the temperature of the venue: First, The instructor demonstrated the skill and then we followed. There was no modification based on skill level. We figured out on our own to provide a little assistance to those of us struggling to ensure everyone in our party was successful. If we couldn’t do a skill the instructor just kind of moved on. We felt rushed because there wasn’t a lot of encouragement, but more of let’s get it done so we can do what’s next. Next, the “school” is actually in a circus tent and not in a building. The only heat is from two huge floor heaters that sound like a jet plane when running. They were running when we arrived, but were shut off during the class otherwise we wouldn’t be able to hear the instructor. It was absolutely freezing in the place so we didn’t take off our coats and sweaters. Though we felt rushed, and it was freezing, in their defense we were under a winter storm advisory and it was expected to start snowing within the next couple of hours. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and the experience prompted me to sign up for silk scarf classes the following week in Charlotte NC (review to follow). My daughter enjoyed the challenge so much she will be coming back to this location for more lessons. I would definitely recommend doing this because just the experience alone is worth it; however, because it’s in a tent I would be more mindful of the weather. The people were nice enough and I’m sure they would go out of their way to accommodate most requests if brought to their attention in advance."
"I purchased a Trapeze Class for my partner for Christmas. We were visiting from out of state and it was her first time trying although she had done other aerial artforms. we were greeted when we walked in and made to feel very welcome in the space, even as newcomers. Instructors were very nice and were super helpful. This also came with a photography package and images were emailed to me within 2hrs after class was completed. This place caters to all ages, body types, etc and it was inspiring to see. I'd absolutely recommend this place for anyone who would like to try out a new hobby. my partner is now looking for schools in our area"
"Never one to write a review, but this place was so genuinely welcoming. As a couple who has never done anything of the sort we thought we would branch out and try trapeze. It was incredibly fun and even though we have no skill for the sport, we never felt out of place. Everyone wants to help you and it is such a positive atmosphere. 10/10 such lovely people"
