"Wonderful. The staff is very caring, professional, and friendly."
"I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. First off let me say we are a Vanderbilt family. All my children were born there and continued their care well up until now and they are all older teens so when my youngest daughter needed physical therapy I jumped at the opportunity to keep everything in house but the service level received here is beyond disappointment. The scheduling is absolutely horrible!!!! They booked my daughter's appointments out 6 weeks in advance with no reschedule options even though I told them that most of the appointments conflicted with my work schedule. The appointments are 30 minutes long 2x a week which is an absolute waste of time especially if you have 2 injuries, working one injury on one 30 min session and the other on the following appointment or 15 mins each on 1 appointment, however they worked their therapy plan was ridiculous!!! And please don't be late for your appointment because you will be cancelled and you will be turned away and if they decide to reschedule you , they choose the date and time with no disregard if you're able to comply with that appointment or not and if you are unable to do so with whatever schedule they produce for you then it's considered a missed appointment and after 2 late arrivals or missed appointment they will hastily discharge your child as a patient. The scheduling department is a joke. They are rude, inconsistent and unprofessional from start to end. After expressing how disappointed and upset I was with all this waste of time for the last 6 weeks the therapist offered her apologies and stated she was never informed by scheduling that we were in traffic and wouldn't make the 10 min grace period and wouldn't allow us to reschedule for a conventional time so she dismissed her as a patient but stated she could get another referral to return from the pcp as she needs extended treatment anyway. I let her know that I absolutely would not recommend nor allow my child to attend another wasteful session as the therapy plan has helped her none. Good thing is this is Nashville and there are several facilities that offer consistent therapy with results and better customer service and scheduling options. This place gets 0 stars and 2 thumbs down and both middle fingers up. Very disgusted now with Vanderbilt. Don't take your child here their rehab is useless!!! Just wanted to provide someone realistic expectations if they choose this facility and share my horrible experience with them."
"I will start by saying that the PT we worked with was wonderful. No complaints there. I am giving 1 star because they charge $450 for a 50 minute session. If you have a high deductible plan then that can be a dangerously high price for some families. No one talked about how much it was going to cost with us ahead of time. And they only send bills out once a month so we had already gone to several sessions before we realized how expensive it was. Vanderbilt is taking advantage of a broken healthcare system and charging a disgustingly high price. With a price like that, only millionaires and those on government healthcare can afford services. All of middle America is priced out of help for their children. They should be ashamed."
