"Westlawn is a wonderful new facility with excellent care from doctors and nurses and techs. It is a very welcomed and MUCH-needed addition to the West side of Murfreesboro. We took my husband there when he had severe complications from a Brown Recluse spider bite. We are so glad y'all are nearby."

"I visited this hospital because it was a weekend and I had suddenly begun having abdominal pain that had awakened me at night. Staff was very friendly and very efficient and caring. My nurse Heather was amazing and the ER doc - Dr Roqe was very thorough and informed me of all my results. They have X-ray, ultrasound and CT at this micro hospital and I was in and out quickly for the emergency room."

"I had to take my elderly mother to the ER here yesterday after she fell down the stairs. The gentleman who was checking us in sent me a link to register here and they got us to a room immediately. The tech came, then the nurse, the doctor, then the xray tech- one after the other. Every employee was friendly and attentive, especially our nurse Susan! They made a scary and worrisome situation so much easier by providing great care. Will definitely return here if services are needed!"

"I do not recommend this hospital at all. Was hoping for great care or as they say "personalized care" since this is a smaller facility than the hospital on Medical Center in Murfreesboro but received far from it. Upon entering the emergency room there was no one at the front desk. Had to knock for several minutes on the doors to the hallway where the rooms were at. I am still amazed how there wasn't a staff at the main desk at a "hospital." The nurse who completes ultrasounds was out due to COVID so the doctor had to perform it as the 4-5 other nurses at the nurses station chatting it up apparently wasn't cross trained to do an ultrasound. The lack of professionalism and (lack of) care from the nurses was so discomforting. The images of the x-ray had to be sent to the main hospital at St. Thomas Rutherford on Medical Center as no one there was able to read the imaging. Thank goodness they were able to read a urine analysis at least they said they could. We followed up with our pediatrician the next day and gave him the paperwork the 2 ER doctors we saw (it was between shift change) and he said that was a terrible diagnosis. Our pediatrician gave his recommendation and medicine and it has been almost 30 days with reduced discomfort for my child. If we ever have another emergency we will never go to this location. Recommendation is to just drive to Vanderbilt."
