"I showed up for a cut and color, appt made a week in advance. She was a no show. Lights were on, shades drawn, door locked. I banged on the door, called, no response. Gave her a 15 minute leeway too. I left finally, called a couple hours later, she says " o, I must have been in the restroom outside. Ok, well you couldn't put up a sign saying ," be right back?". Lost my business for good. She's very good at haircuts, quick too. I guess business is booming so well, she can afford to lose a client here and there. Very disappointed."
