"I have gone into the Frame Mill for years and my partner has had work done there for several years as well. Recently she left and old photo to be framed and left it up to the woman working there to match the color of an existing mat. Well, it didn't match so took it back to have the right color. Then was charged the full amount for the new mat. They used the existing glass, frame and backing and should have provided the mat as a customer service in my mind. Or at least just charged for the mat. $80 later, dissatisfied and will not return. A no star rating would be appropriate."
