Slaughterhouse Nashville Haunted House is located at 3445 Lebanon Pike in Nashville, Tennessee. It is the city's longest running haunted attraction, with its 38th season of haunting Nashville. Owned by Stacey and Ben Dixon of Full Moon Inc. since 2014, the haunt is situated in the old Courtyard Cinema, where visitors can explore 5 of the old theaters on a 40-minute walk through time. In addition to the haunted house, guests can also enjoy classic movies at the Full Moon Cineplex and get inked at Lone Wolf Tattoo. General admission tickets are $30, while a combo ticket for the movie and haunt is $38, and a dinner, movie, and haunt package is available for $57. The 2023 Haunted House Season begins on September 22nd and runs on weekends through Halloween. Visitors are reminded not to come to the attraction if they have a fever or are feeling unwell, to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

"I was so impressed with how many actors were there and how well they all stayed in character. The decor was beautifully done. The sound effects were on point. There were some optical illusions and trap rooms that were pretty impressive. The actors kept us afraid before entering and after we exited the building. It was definitely scary, but not too intense. I brought my 13 year old brother and he had a wonderful time."
"I've been going to haunts in Nashville and surrounding areas for nearly 20 years now. My top 2 don't exist anymore, but there's honestly a chance Slaughterhouse would beat them even if they still did. I went on Saturday night and it was honestly the best experience I've had at one in over a decade. I'm pretty desensitized to the scares at this point and mostly go to appreciate all of the work that goes into them, but this one really got me this year. I was genuinely horrified at some of the scenes. I went a few years back and it was pretty good, but this year was phenomenal. Plenty of modern haunted houses will have a lack of actors and too many animatronics, but they had the perfect balance of both. I also enjoyed that a lot of the scenes play off the silence factor, not a fan when haunts are blasting loud music inside. Something about how quiet it can get at certain points makes your heart race. This place is now my #1. (Runner up, Devil's Dungeon) Fantastic job this year guys!"
"One of better ones I've been too. They put alot of work in the details from the whole setup, costumes & acting.. A few of them I believe they actually picked up from a physicatric hospital somewhere.. Was awesome!!"
"I've only been to a couple haunts around Nashville, but this one is my favorite so far! Brought my girlfriend for a fun little date night and everyone was so friendly! They did their jobs and scared, there were quite a few scares that got me pretty good! Overall such a positive and fun experience, thank you scare actors for all that you do!"
"Started off awesome with YumYum entertaining the people waiting. The price was on point for the attraction. We actually went to two last night and this one was by far the best. The actors were awesome and so was the rest of the staff. Fun for the family out if you it’s just adults. Definitely worth checking out. Better then the one we went to after that had three houses in one."
