When it rolled around the woman came up to us and rudely stated that we arrived at the wrong time, for an appointment that I wrote down. Then we waited for the time she said we actually booked and waited some more and still no service. I wouldn't even be this mad if she had said they had double booked by accident, but she tried to gaslight me into thinking I had misremembered the phone call for the appointment."
