"The people at GVHC are morally and ethically bankrupt paper pushers going through the motions so they can collect from the state without ever actually rendering desperately needed MEDICAL CARE. They offer you a self-indulgent administrative hamster wheel of phone calls, messages, so-called urgent messages, and scheduled appointments that go nowhere. Just the latest example in my couple weeks of dealing with these people: One day after having a phone visit with my doctor, I called in asking for a much-needed cough suppressant for the reasons we'd already discussed the previous day. GVHC said they'd send my message as urgent to my doctor. The doctor responded not by calling me back or actually issuing a prescription but by merely noting in my chart that I had neglected to name which cough suppressant I wanted (isn't he the doctor?). He just left me like that, hacking my lungs out for another week because I only found about this a week later when I myself called in again. So this time, I left another precious urgent message with the name of a cough suppressant. Then GVHC unilaterally schedules me for another appointment to address my need for a cough suppressant even though I'd already had an appointment addressing the underlying medical reason for it. And to add even more insult to injury, the appointment is MORE THAN A MONTH AWAY. I cancelled it. Disgusting. These people are contemptible and should be investigated by the state."

"I have been here once after an accident and felt great comfort in the doctor who saw me. She was kind knowledgeable gentle and understanding. She immediately sent me for test to confirm my pregnancy was not in danger and that myself and baby were going to be fine. The staff were very quick in doing their part and I was in and out of there in no time."

"My experience was really good, great staff willing to help me with the paperwork and referrals. They accommodated me in a wheelchair to do my x-rays with a handheld camera, which isn't always easy at any other dental offices...thanks again to there Doctor and.Staff."
