"As a professional, it is your responsibility to educate and let the client know what services you provide/add ons/ etc…. Came here for the first and last time…. It’s humiliating looking like this… and paying 22 dollars for this. I came for a trim where I asked the stylist to use her best judgement to cut my hair and I wanted layers…. With volume… and fringe bangs where I can sweep them to my side…. I hardly ever go anywhere to get my haircut for this reason but after hearing my sister in laws good experience I came to see for myself…. She rushed when a customer with an appointment came in…. I could go on and on but I’m going to finish off with this. Hold yourself accountable, I would never let anyone walk out like this. (Didn’t blow dry my hair either) never ever again…. Let your clients know about the services you provide, try educating yourself/the client…. Have common courtesy. I guess people don’t have that anymore. Stay out of here."
