"Nina was very professional and nice. She noticed that I was pregnant when I walked in, and adjusted the chair to make sure I was comfortable. During the appointment, she would make conversation, and made sure the whole process was as painless as possible. She kept asking if everything was okay and to let her know if I needed to take a break. She did miss a few spots while doing the bikini waxing, but that's okay. I'd definitely come back for another appointment."

"In all fairness of my review, I was a very new client and received service 4 times. Today would have been my 5th appointment. After arriving 10min late due to difficulty finding parking after rushing to my appointment. I was sent away with a rude, I’m sorry next time call. While I acknowledge I was late, in the 4x I’ve been there 3x I’ve waited 10min or more after my scheduled appointment to be seen. I wouldn’t have been as upset, if I would have been offered a rescheduled time or if the next appointments wasn’t my cousin, who I’m sure wouldn’t have minded waiting 5min. Very disappointed in the awful customer service, especially because she did a decent job on my brows."
