"Nail tech never spoke a word to me, I felt totally invisible to her. Nails turned out ok, but not what I asked for. Wanted kind of a squarish oval but ended up with sharp pointy edges. Oh well! Better luck next time."

"I came here today and had a good experience. They were super friendly and quick. I had the hot stone pedicure and they did fairly well, but the hot stone massage could have been longer and firmer. I will definitely come back and try someone else though. They appear to have a recurring clientele as I heard them speaking to the people around me and calling them by name, talking about Xmas gifts one customer had given to the what I think are the man and wife that own the salon. Overall a good experience as I mentioned, and I will be back again!"

"I took my granddaughter to Royal nail spa. While my granddaughter was getting her nails done, the manicurist sitting next to her was very rude and disrespectful. She told me that my granddaughter was very spoiled and picky. My granddaughter is not spoiled, she is very kind and respect other people. This manicurist needs to be taught manners and how and to be more respectful to other people."

"My pedicure was fantastic and I had no complaints, however my acrylic nails were uneven, a bit messy, but worse my nail tech cut deep into my cuticle. It would not stop bleeding and she didn’t really do much to stop the bleeding but rub an alcohol wipe on top. It was stinging the whole time but regardless I still left a 15% tip since it was a service, but I am wary about who will do my future nails. I’m still in pain after hours of doing my nails. I hope it doesn’t get infected."
