"Annoying that you add 9% for facility fee. Your price should include everything except gratuities. Since when do I need to pay a resort fee when I’m already paying high prices for a 60-90 minute massage? I won’t be retuning, after years of being a loyal customer & have purchased gifts for others."

"I always see Sara for my facials.she is professional and a wonderful esthetician. While she usually suggests product for me during my procedures, she is never pushy about it. The spa itself is always clean, the waiting lounge well stocked and calming, and the front desk staff efficient. The gal who helped me check out seemed fairly new, but the other person up front guided her discreetly and helped her understand how to complete the transaction."

"Wife and I set up a 65 minutes massage for each of us at 1:30pm. My massage was only 45 minutes. At least they refunded the difference easily. My wifes massage therapist was 30 minutes late. So between my massage ending early and hers being 30 minutes late, I had to sit and wait for her for an hour. Not how you want to end a relaxing massage. The massage and the establishment were nice but the rest was not my favorite."
