"It was such a great experience for me and my family. I loved how the dentist explained step by step on his procedures made the girls feel very comfortable. The dentist and his staff was not like I ever experienced before. Amazing!!! That I didn’t even want to leave. The ladies up in front took care of us and were very welcoming and answered all my questions. Had great experience here. That we felt so at home. Thank You!!!! Can’t wait to see you all again. "I've been with Manila Dental since 2002 and in my 21 years with them, I've had great experiences, until TODAY, 7/1/2023! My family's appointment is at 1 pm, came down at 12:40, knocking and knocking, knowing some people were inside but NO ONE ever came to say they were at lunch! The sign says open! When LETTY, a staff, came up to finally open at 1 pm, I asked why no one came to let us in, she walked away, rudely and said they are at lunch! I told her that the sign says open! Still, her manners, was VERY DISRESPECTFUL responding to me! How on earth such a staff is placed in the reception area if they are NOT competent to manage the office??? I've been very patient with this dental center but I think this is it!!! I, and my FAMILY DO NOT deserve to be mistreated and disrespected this way!!! We've been with them for 21 years and yet the staff are NOT thoughtful and respectful to clients! We drove 50 miles to come here! This is NOT the way to build relationship with clients! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!"

"*Fraud and Unprofessional* This office will purposely schedule as many appointments as possible to get you in for what they called "consultations/ second opinions" for something as simple as tooth fillings WITHOUT EVEN PERFORMING THE WORK so they can charge your insurance for as many visits as possible. I was scheduled to get work/treatment/fillings done on 07/07/21 at 11:30am from my prior visit for teeth cleaning 06/24/21. I didn't get to see the dentist until 12:10pm. *While waiting, I was told that the long wait was due to their dental assistant running late and that they only have 1 dentist everyday...This is not the worst part. I was then told to COME BACK NEXT TIME to get the actual treatment/fillings done because the dentist was unaware of why I was here in the first place and thought I just needed a 2nd OPINION. The office manager/receptionist told me "If you want to, we can get 1 filling today, but if you prefer you can schedule for next visit". IF I PREFERRED? I waited over an hour in the lobby for what was supposed to be an appointment to get treatment/fillings done then was told to come back next time. NO..I don't prefer wasting over an hour of my time so your office can dance around and come up with new reasons why i need to come back. Prior to my appointments, I would get calls from this office asking if I can come in early and threw out a few opening slots because apparently they don't have enough clients YET act like they're so booked and claim they prioritize an hour for each patient so you don't try to reschedule. NOW if they need to reschedule you or need you to come in early, it's an option for them. During my last visit on 06/24 for teeth cleaning, this office perform X-rays on me and even suggest that get the 360 skull scan..... FOR TEETH CLEANING? I am in the process of reporting this dental office for fraud prevention with my insurance company."

"Apparently Dr. Nguyen is on a multiple year long "vacation." If you go here for Dr. Nguyen, well unfortunately she's gone. They changed my dentist without notice during my visit, and I'm upset. Dr. Nguyen was great and very professional with her work and attitude; big minus for letting her go. I do appreciate having pleasant visits for the years prior. I'd give you a zero if I could. Thanks!"

"I always enjoy visiting Manila dental. The staff is very courteous and professional. They always call me to remind me of my appointments, and they always ask how I am doing every time I come in for an appointment. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a great smile inside and out, cause that's what Manila dental does for me! :)"
