"First of all they discriminate based on financial situation. If you’re on Medical, good luck reaching them. Because of that, you have no choice but to schedule appointments via customer service. Did twice and then they still call and cancel. Left work many times to go to appointments just for them to cancel when I’m already there. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. The sad thing is… I walked in office while calling them and they are just sitting, chatting, ignoring calls. Lobby is EMPTY! I’m not even exaggerating. Same day, later needed copies of my x-rays, called them 4 times, no answer, showed up and lobby is still empty. Literally, you have to go in person to get anything done. This place is UNPROFESSIONAL and DISCRIMINATING"

"Not answering phone. If you DO get through, they put you on hold and then it cancels anyway. Not following up with procedures when results get back. Have to redo root canal. They break up treatments into multiple visits. Even if you schedule an appointment, you still have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to get in. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else"
"Me and my husband went to Gilroy office and after the first check up it was determined that we need a lot to be done, and we pay everything at the moment, after checking everything we decided that some could be done later. We call and close the account. I was told that the refund was going to go to the card that was used to make the payment, that was seven months ago, after so many calls is always a different answer. Think before you go to that place, they will find stuff to do just to get your money. Maria Bettencourt"
