"Anne was completely unprofessional with the remarks she made, insulting me after I told her the services were unsatisfactory and not at all what I wanted for my wedding hair. I spent three hours trusting Anne with my hair with a look she said she could do however the color was not at all what was in the picture I showed her and I can quote for a fact that she said it was the finished product. She then asked me to sit down for another hour so she could fix it but I'd rather get it redone somewhere else. She then stated that I was weird and rude because I was quiet. The owner Rob was also rude and told me to have a horrible wedding as I left because I was upset. She isn't qualified to ever do my hair again if she can't possibly provide the service that was expected of her."

"Got my highlights done with Ann then returned for a touch-up. Color was great! HOWEVER, the way she washes/rinses my head was super rough (shaking and digging her fingers down). Good service with hair color though and with male haircuts."
