"Dr Herrera was very polite and straight to the point. Wisdom teeth removal went great with minimal discomfort. Receptionist was polite and efficient. Even gave follow up calls and gave the check up appointment for free after the bleeding went on for a little too long."

"Dr Herrera is very rude and impatient and down right grumpy. I will never go back. Worst experience I have ever had in a doctor or dentists office. He was angry and yelling because my tooth wouldn't come out and I did absolutely nothing but sit in the chair quietly. I had chosen a local anesthetic because I do not do well with general anesthesia and he accused me of being cheap. I might be cheap, but that was not the reason I chose the local. A very unpleasant person."

"I had a cracked molar that was causing me extreme pain. My dentist recommended i called Dr Andres Herrera, so i did.Receptionist was super sweet! She got me in as an emergency fit in days after i called. Up to this point i did not mind the waiting in the office for my turn. I was in so much pain that i just waned my molar out. Dr. Herrera walked in the room and i could see his frustration due to me being a fit in. His patience was very low treating me. For example, he insert the numbing gel into my inner cheek followed with immediate lidocaine injection. OUCH!! I felt the complete painful injection so much. He injected me 4 times. Man does that gel make a difference when doctors leave it in for a while and let it sit. Worse part of it i could not get numb he started to work on the molar right away. He made me feel terrible for not getting numb. My Advice to others is PLEASE people look around call around to different dentist Do not settle for just one. Try not to be a fit in like i was. I'm just disappointed i didn't look around for an actual appointment. I am a mother of kids and full time employed, therefor i don't have a lot of time to go online and write reviews but in this case i made an exception hopping to help others."
