"Vi is awesome. She was very patient and gave me a great haircut. Very reasonable price for the bay area."
"Good experience. It's just 7 $ on Tuesday for men hair cut..So very reasonable. Today on September 10,I once again visited this place & owner Vivian delighted to see me & make nice haircut. After 3 years, once again I had haircut by Vivian. Nice haircut at price of just $16 & if you are lucky, she will give you discount too. Enjoy the experience."
"Vivian is very friendly and does a great job. The shop is also cheapest I have seen here. Atleast for men! All my friends go to this place."
"Great price, friendly staff, clean store. She did a good job and I'm really happy with my new hair cut. Strongly recommend."
"*WARNING* ladies please don’t go here for hair cuts. If I could give her a lower score I would. This woman Vivian ruined my hair yesterday. I looked like Willy Wonka when I walked out crying. I asked for a short A line type of hair cut. See picture below. I realized she didn’t know how to cut my hair half way when she started drying my hair after cutting. She told me at that point she will dry it to fix it. I gave her the benifit of the doubt. Low and behold when she was close to finishing I realized she didn’t know what she was doing. So I told her “it’s fine” as in to stop cutting. I got out of the chair and went towards her pay machine and she grabbed me by the hair showing me the bottom of the A-line to my chin to tell me she would fix it and I had to smack her hand away. I was too embarrassed to tell her what a bad job she did. Thankfully after my mental break down I went to another hair stylist half way across town to fix it and cut it as a pixie. That new hair stylist told me she did a bad job and the back was uneven. When I went back the next day to TH Spring with my girlfriend to ask for a refund, Vivian got upset at me because I didn’t tell her I didn’t like the hair cut. I told her “I didn’t want to say it out loud, you don’t know how to cut hair and you gave me a bad hair cut.” She was upset and gave me a whole lot of attitude. She said it was my fault for not letting her fix it or not charge me for it. So after lecturing me and lecturing my girlfriend for 10 minutes outside of the store while she was becoming manic and aggressive she refunded my hair. The pictures below are what my hair was supposed to be from an example on Pinterest. And how my hair came out."
