"The website boasts that their services are lavish and what not. I think it was very lackluster. I got a pedicure and when I got home, I had to still clean up my sharp toe nails. I had my appointment rescheduled because some of the tech’s spot opened up but then she was late for the reschedule. When it was time, she seemed to be bothered by having to do my pedicure. Water for the soak was barely lukewarm. I thought that there was supposed to be some massaging, there wasn’t. I wasn’t offered any headphones for the tv and there weren’t any visible at any station. So I had to sit there in total silence with this person with a really long face. I won’t be coming back here. I don’t want to be a nuisance. Wouldn’t want to bother them."

"Not so great. Just like any other hair saloon but they keep charging the membership monthly without giving the option to user to stop/pause it from the website. No transparency regarding the credits used and record of the historical transcripts on the website. Only a couple of them seem to be skilled and know what they are doing."

"My Dad went here for a men’s pedicure. This service is important as his hands can’t really reach his feet due to his lack of flexibility. He loved his experience at Hammer & Nails. They did a great job with his toenails, and he said the place was great - a real men’s place. He loved the service and atmosphere. He is looking forward to next time."

"For all the claims Hammer and Nails makes about their customer service, complimentary drinks and what not, this experience lacked all luster. As I came up to the counter after my entry, I was rushed in with one Javier. I had mentioned while booking the appointment that I need a person who had the knowledge to handle curly hair, and this person was definitely not it. Apart from him not getting my communication because of a language barrier (felt like I was back at Supercuts), he ended up saying no to layering my hair, just trimming it, trimming my mustache when I had asked him not to and removing the twirls! Back at the counter, the person was kind enough to give a discount of 20 bucks and Jasmine volunteered to cut my hair the next time. I was also told that I had to be offered a complimentary drink upon arrival! Well, if you are an employee with no interest in dealing with Friday evening customers, that's fine. Just don't end up ruining the customers' Friday."

"This is the place which will charge premium price but gives you service that will make you bleed literally!! I am a member and got a manicure from Nancy. No idea what was happening to her but she used so much force with some brush on my hand that it started bleeding from multiple nails. When I said its burning she just smiled and said “sorry”. Is this the service you provide to your members!!! think about this nonsense they charge 60$ for manicure to make you bleed and go back in pain!! If possible stay away from their membership and stay away from getting any service from here!!"
