"I made an appointment that was to be over the phone. The Doctor never called for that appointment nor did the office called to cancel or reschedule. So I called to question why and still no call back. So I set a second appointment and guest what still no call. Then once I called to see why I was told they will call back and yeah you guess it. They never called."

"Hard to get a new patient appt once approved for new insurance that assigned you to this clinic within 2 weeks. You must be referred to specialists for everything outside of basic medical care which takes weeks or beyond a month for that appt, then weeks to get any treatment after that new patient appt, you can only address 1 medical problem for a walk in appt, it’ll take you months to get any medical issues fully taken care of with this type of care & forget about getting any prescriptions needing refilled which are written for any health issues written by a former provider for a condition you’re on maintenance meds for until you’re seen by a specialist.. beware to be here for hours if you’re a walk in as well. I believe after 3 months you may get your medical Care back on track if you can find a quality specialist with today’s knowledge of best medical treatment for 2020. If you’re assigned to this clinic I recommend Annetta as your PCP. She’ll do what she’s allowed to do for you, in this insurance ran health care system not providers, her hands are tied."

"This by far is one of the worst doctor office I have been to. I did read the reviews before going in but try to give the benefit of the doubt. BOY WAS I WRONG! They make you set up an appointment and see you 2 hours later which is EVER unexpectable. The doctors are very unprofessional. The doctor gave me my results blood results without even explaining it to me. Everyone needs to be fired. I wouldn’t even take my dying dog here!!"

"Trying to get suggestions from a nurse practioner about bed bugs. Well i got a follow up call a month later. She states that she was going to do my future appointments by phone. Never stated that they spotted bedbugs! I will not allow my insurance to pay you to talk to me over the phone. I'm NO FOOL!"

"This is the worst experience I've ever had in a doctors office. My appt was at 12 didn't get seen until 1:15. I'm the only one waiting... there are like 5 nurses walking in and out taking lunch breaks. Why set appointment time for a patient when everyone is on a break. I could've been doing better things with my day other than wait for you to finish lunch. No one offers a smile. No one updates me when it is I will be seen. I had to walk up there and ask "am I going to be seen anytime soon"? Terrible experience I would also give them zero stars if that was possible."
