"The food here has never disappointed. We had another incredible experience tonight as I had invited a large party to surprise a friend that went off without a hitch. Everything from making the reservations, to handing out the checks after the meal was flawless. Lauren was our waitress this evening and she was incredible! She is truly a professional and took phenomenal care of our large group. She was prompt, courteous, attentive, and well-versed. She was exactly the kind of server you hope to get when dining out. Thank you, Lauren for providing a great experience for our large party this evening."

"Let me start by saying that our server was great! Professional, well mannered and great at his job. The kitchen? Not so much. On August 14 2022 about 3pm EST we entered the Chop House on Kingston Pike in Knoxville TN. My wife ordered a 7 ounce Sirloin with baked potato. So far so good. Then, my order arrived. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and coffee. What I got was 100% wilted lettuce topped with what appeared to be carving board sandwich meat that was pretty rank. I would have been embarrassed to present such a serving to a less than likable guest in my home. NOT EVEN THE CORRECT TYPE OF CHICKEN. IT WAS REFRIGERATOR SANDWICH MEAT!!! Dear Unit Manager You managed to not only tarnish your unit's reputation, you managed to also both cheat and lie to your customer with the garbage that you served and "presented tableside" as grilled chicken. Without the grilled chicken. My Opinion? Fire the unit manager. Put our server in his place and retrain the kitchen staff so that they can at least be able to tell the difference between real grilled chicken and sandwich meat! Cordially, Mr & Mrs J. "We have frequented the Kodak location for years and are ordering in one form or fashion weekly. The quality is always up and down, but there are certain servers that do a great job ( Mica for one) and that is the reason we return. When you order to go, they burn up everything, make how they want or leave half of it out. Today was the icing on the cake. We called in early for a 6 pm reservation and I was told 7:45 was the earliest, so I asked to speak to the manager and I was passed to the other kid at the hostess stand who claimed to be the manager, I ask their name after getting the runaround and they told me Mark and I know Mark and it was not him. I ask to speak to the general manager and they said Norman was not there today and hung up on me. They have gotten horrible with their quality and now you have teenagers calling the shots."

"To our surprise, we were greeted with an Anniversary card, and a dessert!!! Seriously the best steak that I have ever had, and even better overall dining experience!!!"
