"I am beyond grateful for Dr. Dong Nguyen's service!! I have been looking for a good dentist for many years and I had yet to find one I really liked. Thankfully, my sister found this gem and highly convinced me to go because she knew that I would love it here. She was not wrong! I appreciate Dr. Dong Nguyen for thoroughly explaining each procedure prior to doing so, he also breaks down the pricing with and without my insurance prior to scheduling the procedures, this way it allowed me to plan ahead financially. He made sure to check in on me during each time he was doing a fill, cleaning, etc.. to ensure I wasn't hurting or uncomfortable, there is also a tv to watch to help distract you and keep you entertained (it really helped calm me!). They are also very accommodating and can be flexible when it comes to working with you on scheduling an appointment. I am thankful to have experienced a place where I felt welcomed by the staff with a smile, and just pure kindness (you rarely see great customer service skills like that anymore). His assistant, Stephanie, was a sweetheart and was glad to see me come back the past few times, it made me feel not so anxious, which is how I feel every time prior to a dental appointment. This duo was the true definition of caring, and customer oriented.
