"This hospital should be really ashamed of themselves. I just left tonight from there after having a gallbladder flare up. They took 40 minutes to get me back. Took another 30 minutes to see the doctor. The nurse that was with me was VERY rude. Kept telling me “I can’t do this or that” if I kept “moving” or “breathing” like that. They were no help. They had it made up in their mind that I’m “hospital hopping” trying to get pain medication. Yeah, pain medicine for a GALLBLADDER FLARE UP?! They took urine and drug tested me of course and the nurse was being a smart *** about it as well because I was awoken after having to cry and holler myself to sleep to her saying “Smoking weed can cause stomach pain”. I’m here to figure out why my gallbladder is flaring up and trying to find relieve. This hospital never did me like this until tonight. Another thing, the doctor claimed that Wynne ER would not answer the phone to fax a copy of my CT Scan from the same day (morning) so he asked my husband would he go and get a copy. I was awoken by the doctor after 25 mins and he asks me “Where did you get the “gallstone” story?” I told him St. Bernard’s and Wynne told me. He kept repeating “This CT scan is clean”. My husband wasn’t even back yet. After my husband got back and walked through the doors he called him over and asked him the same thing he asked me. My husband gave him the same response! I will never come here ever again and I’ll never let my family walk into this place either!!!"

"I came in there with chest pains, side pains & a headache at 33 weeks pregnant on the 18th.. Everyone was fantastic except the triage nurse. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my symptoms as she was typing them in the computer & just seemed like she was having a bad night. If I ever have to come again before I deliver, I will refuse to have her as my intake nurse. She wasn’t professional AT ALL.. all the L&D nurses were awesome & the Dr, but she just was horrible."

"Went to the E.R here on our way back to Alabama. Emergency room was empty, upon arrival I was asked for a urine sample, and no one came back into the room until 2 hours later asking have anyone came and took my blood. Lol we ended up just leaving once we realized what type of situation we were in. I would definitely not recommend, especially if your emergency is way more server than mine was."

"This is a horrible hospital my dad is a truck driver he has had right side pain for the past few days which caused him to have a blood sugar In the 400’s and blood pressure at stroke level….the nurse said he is okay but shouldn’t drive is truck tonight. If he is not good enough to drive an 18 wheeler why the hell would you discharge him? The night shift nurses are horrible they did a ct scan and never said what was wrong and never gave him a diagnoses. Never go here they have no compassion for people. To make everything worse I’m a nurse and I had to tell the lady to do basic protocol of Covid swab and rechecking his vital after the IV. If I could give them 0 stars i would. They don’t even deserve 1 star."

"That hospital is horrible!! While my Mother’s blood pressure got too high, Too high it was on stoke level We brought her to the front desk and the lady there was acting stupid. Acting like she can’t take emergencies seriously! When my mother was in a E.R room there was blood on the bed, It was very messy, They didn’t even offer a blanket!! They didn’t even clean the blood up. Or even ask for my mother’s medical history. Tried to correct my mom about beta blockers even though she was in the medical field for 10 Years! They even got the medicines she takes and is allergic to wrong. Terrible hospital. Needs to be shut down!"
