"The shop is incredibly rundown, and the back pedicure room is dark and dingy. The pedicure chairs look like they were picked up on the side of the road with a free sign. My deluxe pedicure involved having cold towels wrapped on my legs and her picking at the corner of my nails (ouch!). I have no idea how this place has 5 star reviews or is still in business."
