"Horrible experience today, not only they cut me twice, but filed my nails way too short. The polish is all over the place. A lady did my toes and they are fine. I made clear that I would not leave a tip for the man that did my hands. The owner was there and offered for me to come back and do them for free… Sir, word of advice, today you should not have charged me for my service, you should have apologized as well for the horrible job. I understand you own another two salons in town, one of them is the Escape Salon in the Westside, where I have also had bad experiences. I will never come back."

"Went and got my gel nails done 1 hour ago . They recommended I did the powder cuz it “lasts longer” I came home and 10 minutes later they start peeling. Charged me 40 dlls plus a 10 dollar tip and this is what I get. Came here cuz everyone else was busy and now I see why it was empty here…"

"I went in to get my nails and toes done for a baby shower i had to attend later that day and they had me waiting for 3 and a half hours but helped other people who came in after me. The next day or of my acrylics came off and my toe chipped. They had one lady working on my pedicure and she put cuticle oil all over my legs which is not where it goes. It was overall a horrible experience l."
