"Sad place to go I will never go there again got there first to be pushed to the end of the line due to me being a new patient which is so unfair very unprofessional"
"THE WORST CLINIC EVER!!! The medical staffs and also DOCTORS are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED!! I SUGGEST NOT TO GET ANY SERVICES AT ALL AT THERE. DON’T DESERVE ANY STAR!!!!!!!!"
"If I could give a half star I WOULD. This is THE WORST clinic anyone could go to. My daughter went on 8/28/22 feeling terrible. First, she had to deal with a rude & unprofessional woman (black) who checked her vitals. This individual walked away to laugh & joke around with another employee (while my daughter was talking to her). Like my daughter wasn't important & was wasting HER time. Another employee came over to finish helping my daughter. Second, when my daughter FINALLY got to see the doctor (male Asian), she asked to be tested for COVID & HE REFUSED TO HAVE HER TESTED! He told her that he couldn't because she DIDN'T HAVE A FEVER. Instead, he sent her home with an allergy medication. Two days later, I GOT SICK (Tuesday)! DIDN'T HAVE A FEVER AT FIRST. I tested positive for COVID (Wednesday). She tested positive for COVID Wednesday also (at Walgreens). She went back to this clinic trying to get some type of medication (to help with the BAD cough, & REALLY BAD congestion) & a woman (not sure if she was a Dr. or nurse practitioner maybe) asked my daughter "WHAT YOU WANT US TO DO ABOUT IT" (IN A RUDE MANNER).AND OFFERED HER ASPIRIN. I WISHED THAT I HAD GONE WITH HER TO THIS CLINIC!!! My Dr. sent an e-prescription (PAXLOVID). to my pharmacy for me on Wednesday (no hesitation)! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S BECAUSE SHE'S BLACK OR HAS TENNCARE, BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I NOTIFIED TENNCARE THE SAME DAY AND FILED A COMPLAINT MYSELF. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED & ANGRY AT THE SAME TIME."
