"I have insurance and tried to get an appointment 3 months ahead for a cleaning. The guy who answered the phone argued with me about my timing eligibility, then weeks later I called twice, left messages, and never did get a call back. Poor service so I changed providers."

"Doctors Mr. and Mrs. Tadros are amazing! They are very efficient and caring, and every cleaning is very comfortable. Dr. Tadros was able to fix a cavity underneath my gums that other dentists couldn't (they said I would need gum surgery). His wife also Dr. Tadros is highly skilled and always performs my routine cleanings, and it is much more comfortable than I've had at other dentists. I referred my husband and they have taken great care of him (he has needed all sorts of procedures). I wouldn't go to any other dentist in the Bay Area!"

"He drilled tooth 10 times more than promised, charged me $9000 judging from my approved approve loan limit though he advertised $1-$100. Now that he drilled like crazy, my natural tooth is only left with tiny bit Right after his treatment the veneers dropped within a month after eating soft bread, my gums started bleeding horribly, lacerated and he had to reattach it almost 5 times. He declined to reattach additional 4 veneers unless I pay $250. He lied that he refused it because I declined it. I only declined he wants to clean it because he might rip me off again. He banned me from going to his office when I said he shouldn't charge additional fees because it's his fault and he already charge me $9000. There are more things show he's very mean and rude. Other doctors told me he drilled too much that veneers don't attach anymore unless I do even more procedures. Not only I have lost a lot of weight and takes double time to eat because I cannot chew anything with the very fragile veneers and I have to use the little tooth that lost strengths and veneers, lost muscle and tension around my neck and the jaw, I can't smile anymore anywhere and put so much difficulty in life. Soon all the fragile veneers will drop, I am only able to eat with my natural tooth that used to be so healthy before he drilled to be 3 times less size and now so much pain in everything"
